There are two fees you should be aware of. The first are the utility fees that cover the charges to each home by the city and your internet company. These fees can be seen by clicking here. The Homeowners Association covers outdoor maintenance and repairs, administration and a required reserve. These fees can be seen by clicking here.

You can purchase a lot at the Cliffs by putting $1,000 down with a contract and that will be held in an escrow account. To reserve a townhome or single level home in Crestline, you can do the same by putting a $2,000 retainer in escrow. Upon completion of the deal, the money will be rolled into the total price of the lot or home, or if things change, the money can be refunded. If you are buying a lot in the Cliffs, you can design your own home as long as it meets the CCR's and the Design Guidelines. If you are buying in Crestline, you can select one of three house plans. In Blackstone, you can select from one of three floor plans, however, you can select different finishes as long as they are within the budget.

No. In fact, we currently have five approved contractors that can build your custom home in the Cliffs. Quantum Construction & Development, Ponderosa Construction, Alex Meisner Construction, Precision Development, and Roy Talmage Builders have all met the specific requirements and understand the CCR's, Design Guidelines, and quality requirements. They are all dedicated to meeting these standards. Also, if your selected contractor is not on this list, they can meet with the Main Project Developer and qualify to build your home. All contractors must be willing to follow the CCR's, Design Guidelines, keep a clean work site without encroaching on a neighbor's property and be extremely cautious about destroying vegetation and the natural surrounds of Ironhorse.

The main contractor is Quantum Construction & Development. Since 1961, Quantum Construction has been building quality and beautiful projects throughout the Western United States. They have completed millions of dollars of high-end commercial, residential and institutional projects. No, you will have to furnish each home yourself. If you are looking for that assistance, we can refer you to an interior group that we work with to assist with this.
