The Cliffs at Sunrise lots are available now and are selling quickly.
Saddleback Ridge lots will become available in phases, with the first several phases of lots available now and further lots available in the near future.
The Cliffs at Sunrise lot prices range from $115,000 to $160,000.
Saddleback Ridge lots price ranges from $125,000 to $150,000.
You can put one of the Cliffs at Sunrise lots under contract by putting a $1,000 retainer with a Real Estate Purchase Contract (Utah) that will be held in escrow. Upon completion of the deal, the money will be rolled into the total price of the lot or home, or if things change, the money can be refunded.
The process is similar for the lots at Saddleback Ridge, but the required retainer is $3,000.

All Ironhorse lots allow you to design your own home as long as it meets the CCRs and the design guidelines.
We also recommend you use one of our approved contractors who are dedicated to meeting these standards.
The main project developer for Ironhorse is Quantum Construction & Development. Since 1961, Quantum Construction has been building high-quality, beautiful projects throughout the western United States. They are dedicated to crafting Ironhorse with the utmost quality. We currently have five approved contractors that can build your custom home on your Ironhorse lot. Quantum Construction & Development, Ponderosa Construction, Alex Meisner Construction, Precision Development, and Roy Talmage Builders have all met the specific requirements and understand the CCRs, design guidelines, and quality requirements. They are all dedicated to meeting these standards.
If your selected contractor is not on this list, they can meet with the main project developer in order to qualify to build your home. All contractors must be willing to follow the CCRs and design guidelines, keep a clean work site without encroaching on a neighbor's property, and be extremely cautious about destroying vegetation and the natural surroundings of Ironhorse.
Yes, pets are welcome as long as you follow the CCRs and strive to be a good neighbor. Please check the CCRs and your design guidelines for your specific community.
