The HOA fees differ for each community. Saddleback Ridge is $205 annually. Crestline & Blackstone have monthly utility & HOA fees that can be found HERE. The Cliffs do not have an HOA fee

If you are buying a lot in the Cliffs or Saddleback Ridge, you can design your own home as long as it meets the CC&R’s and the Design Guidelines. If you are buying in Crestline, you can select one of four house plans. In Blackstone, you can select from one of three floor plans, however, you can select different finishes as long as they are within the budget as long as you have purchased before these items have been ordered for a particular unit

We highly recommend using Hunt-Leavitt Construction as they are well versed in our community building guidelines and are committed to constructing quality homes. Other approved builders can be found here. They have all met the specific requirements and understand the CC&R’s, Design Guidelines, and quality requirements. They are all dedicated to meeting these standards. Also, if your selected contractor is not on this list, they can meet with the Main Project Developer and qualify to build your home. All contractors must be willing to follow the CC&R’s, Design Guidelines, keep a clean work site without encroaching on a neighbor’s property and be extremely cautious about destroying vegetation and the natural surrounds of Ironhorse.

Ironhorse has plans for miles of walking trails and a large central park. HOA fees cover their creation, maintenance & liability insurance. Ironhorse is situated closely to the city maintained Lake on the Hill, Aquatic Center, mountain biking trails, walking trails and baseball fields. The Movie theater and shopping are also within minutes. Allowing you to be fully entertained within minutes of home while keeping your HOA fees low

Yes. As long as you follow the CC&R’s and be a good neighbor, Ironhorse is pet-friendly. Please check the CC&R’s and your design guidelines for your specific community.

Both Crestline and the Blackstone Townhomes allow short term and long term rentals. The Cliffs at Sunrise and Saddleback Ridge both allow you to long term rent your home.

Ironhorse follows city code requirements which are below:

Building Setback Requirements:

  1. Side Setback: A minimum side yard of any building shall be eight (8) feet and the total width of the two required side yards shall be not less than twenty (20). The minimum side yard for a private garage shall be eight (8) feet, except that private garages and other accessory buildings, located at least six (6) feet in the rear of the main building may have a minimum side yard of one (l) foot, provided that no private garage or other accessory building shall be located closer than sixteen (l6) feet to a dwelling on an adjacent lot. On corner lots, the side yard which faces on a street, shall be not less than twenty (20) feet for main buildings and not less than twenty (20) feet for accessory buildings.

  2. Front Setback: The minimum depth of the front yard for main buildings and for private garages which have a minimum side yard of ten (l0) feet shall be twenty-five (25) feet. Other private garages and all accessory buildings other than private garages shall be located at least six (6) feet in the rear of the main building. No structure, fence, or barrier, shall be constructed in a front yard where said structure, fence or barrier would be perpendicular to the street which the front yard faces, so as to divide the front yard into two different yards.

  3. Rear Setback: The minimum rear yard for any main building shall be thirty (30) feet; however, minimum rear yard for main buildings on corner lots may be reduced to eight (8) feet.

Ironhorse follows city guidelines. Six Chickens per lot are allowed. No roosters. Chickens shall be confined within a secure, outdoor, enclosed area shielded from street view.
